Denise Hartman resides in NW Indiana, not far from her farm roots in East Central Illinois.  A farmers daughter and a farmers wife, she is most happy and comfortable in the country, and enjoys gardening, livestock, and her many pets.  She is a proud mom and grandma and cherishes time with her family most of all.  

As a former athlete and active mom, she had always lived an active and healthy lifestyle.  By age 50, the unwanted changes in her health were increasing and she was noticing it was more difficult to keep up with her normal activities.  

Covid 2019 played a large role in the realities of how stress can alter your health and soon she realized something needed to change.  She remarks, “I began this journey as the biggest skeptic but very quickly realized these products were legit.  I knew the direction I was headed would lead to prescription meds, health issues, doctor bills, and/or surgery.
